Wait List Applicants
Effective January 1, 2014 we no longer give out waiting list positions.
Applicants on our waiting list must keep their application information current. Changes to your mailing address, phone numbers, or family composition must be made in writing. Please complete an Applicant Update Form and return to our main office. Providing your updated information will make it easy for us to contact you. If we cannot contact you, we will assume you are no longer needing assistance and will remove your name from the waiting list. Click on the blue Applicant Update Form link if you have a change to report, print the form, complete it and mail or fax it in to our office.
